Instant Oatmeal: Same as the Peanut Butter. Lots of added sugar, especially the flavored kind. Flavored instant oatmeal has two times the calories. Eat regular oatmeal, and if you do the instant, make sure it's regular, not flavored.
Coffee Creamer: Yes, you think it's only a small amount, how could it matter, but, there are 80 calories per 2 tablespoons.
Instant Potatoes: Manufacturers add fat to improve texture and taste. Means more fat intake for you. Eat real potatoes and eat the skin.
Diet Soda Even one diet soda per day can increase your risk of gaining weight by 65%. Why? Because pop is sweets with no calories. When your body doesn't get the calories, it craves something that does have calories, so you again end up eating more to satisfy your body's cravings. Drink Iced Tea instead!
