She is the reigning Daytime Emmy Award Winner for “Talk Show Host” and is nominated again this year. Her show is also up for several Golden Globes this weekend.
I have to confess that I do not watch The Kelly Clarkson Show, but I LOVE the KELLOKE segment that she does! It’s Kelly doing other people’s songs and she always knocks it outta the park. I just get on youtube.com and type in Kellyoke and check them out! It’s worth the two minuets for sure!
Yesterday she was at THE WHITE HOUSE with First Lady, JILL BIDEN, and just Kelly and her piano player in The East Room of THE WHITE HOUSE, did a killer, slowed down version of THE YOUNGBLOODS song “GET TOGETHER,” which has always been one of my favorite songs of all time…and a great message for the times our country and the world for that matter, is going through. Turns out it’s The First Lady’s FAVORITE song. And, true to form, Kelly killed it! If you haven’t checked out the Kellyoke segment….do so. (link below for you)
The FLOTUS and Kelly talked about a lot of things on the show, including Kelly’s impending divorce from Brandon Blackstock. Dr. Biden told her that good things can come out of divorce…..saying she would not have found Joe without her own divorce.
