Fri Feel Good Feature – Call a kindergartner for inspiration.

Tonight’s inspirational story is about finding inspiration on your phone. If you call 707-998-8410, you’ll get a phone line where kindergarteners give pep talks. They give you several different options like if you’re feeling angry, sad, scared, need words of advice, or just need a pick me up. You press the button on your phone to choose and then listen to the kids do their thing. This is a free hotline put together by the kids at West Side Elementary in Healdsburg, California. They kicked it off a couple weeks ago and are getting almost a thousand calls an hour now. One of the teachers that helped said, “I thought, you know, with this world being as it is, we all really needed to hear from them — their extraordinary advice and their continual joy”.
