Forget deer. Watch out for alligators on the road.

We worry about getting hurt if we hit deer with cars around here. In Florida, hitting an alligator can kill you. Just ask John Hopkins of Lithia, Florida. Or don’t since he died hitting an alligator with his car. He was out on the highway about midnight when he came up on an 11 foot alligator. The collision caused his car to go off the road, crash, and kill him. In case you were wondering, the alligator didn’t make it either.
