Mac and Quiche? Interesting Easter side dish I ran across.

I was looking for Easter food ideas and ran across a baked mac and cheese recipe that ends up looking like a giant quiche that’s stuffed with macaroni. And that’s basically what it is. The recipe includes a bunch of eggs and a whole lot of cheese. Oh yeah, lots of butter too. The eggs get whipped up with whole milk and seasoned. Then you add 2 cups of chees to that. That gets mixed with the macaroni and then more cups of cheese and more butter and then you bake it. Since the egg mixture is everywhere, it creates a fluffiness that gives it the quiche look and feel……. Just with macaroni as a filling. The same video also has a recipe for a nice looking potato casserole. So, if Mac and Quiche isn’t your thing, there’s that.
