There is no such thing as a winning strategy when it comes to the lottery……… except, apparently, for a anonymous dude from South Carolina who has been winning repeatedly with Powerball and is up to $100,000 now. What genius mathematical concept did he come up with to finally be master of the numbers? He watched a show on TLC about lottery winners and then came up with the idea to spend $25 a week on lottery tickets. He won $500 the first week. Then a few weeks later, hit $100,000.
Here’s my strategy. Never play. I used to want to win. I’ve probably bought a hundred lottery tickets in my time. I have never gotten more than 2 numbers. Most times it’s only 1 or none. Lesson learned. The universe doesn’t want me to be rich. I’m terrible at every game of chance. I’m surprised that there isn’t some way that the numbers I get mean that I have to pay them more money. I’ve never even won a church quilt raffle. I bought a ticket for one where they had like 25 quilts and sold 20 tickets. Somehow somebody else won like 5 and I got nothin’.
