Normal masks stop droplets with virus in them. Almost all have to be washed or tossed after getting in contact with a virus. Not these. They built in nanomaterials that can deactivate viruses. Materials like copper. They can also build in long chain molecules with positive charges that mess up cell membranes to kill bacteria and viruses. That method is especially effective in not disrupting your ability to breathe.
I don’t think you’ll be able to get this with your cloth masks or even the simple paper medical masks. Right now they’re only applying it to the N95 masks that also have filters.
