I ran across a red, white, and blue 4th Of July desert recipe that sounds fantastic. Also, it’s very easy to do; Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries. Right?!? You’ll need some strawberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and blueberries. Why blueberries? Because you’re going to stuff the strawberries with the Cheesecake mix and then put a blueberry on top so you get that red, white, and blue look. You will need something to squeeze the cheese into the strawberries. If you don’t have the fancy cooking bags, you can always cut a hole in the corner of a sandwich bag and use that.
