Jason was out with his stand on a roadside around midnight last Saturday. Because, as we know, that prime hot dog sellin’ hours. Police tried to get him to move along after pointing out the expired permit. Jason got angry. And now he’s facing felony battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting. They also noted that he appeared to be drunk……… on power! Hot dog power! No, just drunk. Probably on everyone’s favorite cocktail, Mad Dog 20/20 mixed with lukewarm hot dog water. Jason could get up to 3 years in jail.
