I watched the Dune part 2 trailer today and I’m disappointed. The trailer looks amazing. I’m excited to see the movie. What I’m disappointed is that at the end it says “only in theaters”. That kind of ticks me off. The first one was on HBO Max and it was once of the reasons I got HBO Max. Then I was irked that it was half the story. But HBO Max was all like, “You’ll love part two. We’re working on part 2.” And they made it seem like it was coming to HBO Max, which is now called Max. But nope. November 3rd, only in theaters. I just started my free month of Amazon Prime and am thinking of keeping it for a few months. But I’ll need to drop one of the other streams I have. I think the Dune 2 trailer just made that choice easier for me.
