A man was recently rescued after drifting at sea for 3 months. But at least he had his dog with him. Australian Timothy Shaddock had been lost at sea after a storm damaged his catamaran. Remember what Tom Hanks looked like after being on that island or three years. Yeah, that’s what Timothy looked like when he was rescued; nothing but beard and bones. Actually, and this isn’t a joke, his dog looks healthier than Timothy. It makes me wonder if he was more concerned about his pet than himself. I can a lot of people being like that. Timothy said they survived on rain water and raw fish. Luckily he had fishing and survival gear on the boat. He had buckets everywhere to catch water. I’d say he’s still alive because of 50% smarts and 50% luck. He was rescued by some Mexican fishing ships.
