Arby’s is opening a new location on a mountain. They’ve got a new menu item called The Big Game Burger. It’s a third beef, a third elk, and a third venison. To launch it, they’ve set up a temporary site on a trail in the Rocky Mountains outside of Denver. For a little while, the only place you’ll be able to get a Big Game burger is by hoofing it 4 miles up this trail. This whole thing sounds like Ron Swanson came up with it.
The drawback, it’s one of those stupid limited availability things. Arby’s says it’s first come first served on the trail. However, it will be available in restaurants for $8.97. It sounds kind of delicious to me. I like the taste of elk and venison, but not sure about how they’d mix with beef. So I pulled up reviews from various people that got to taste test the Big Game Burger. Most said they liked it. One guy called it, “Nothing to write home about.”
