One of my wife’s friends found a cat stuck in her car. It led to an adorably happy ending for the kitty and his new forever home.

A couple weeks ago, Jenny’s friend Deb was driving when she her a meow from inside her car. She pulled over at a convenience store and found the cat under the hood, but it was startled and ran into the wheel well. Deb couldn’t get it out. The store manager tried, but couldn’t. Four officers from Animal Control tried their best and even they couldn’t get the scared kitty out.

So, they called Midtown Body and Paint to remove the wheel well cover. Success. The furry bugger was alright except for slight frostbite on his ears.

After the kitty was taken to the Capital Humane Society, Midtown Body and Paint said they’d sponsor his adoption fee. And just like that, as soon as possible, Travis from Midtown and his girlfriend swooped in and adopted the 3 month old kitten………… whose name is now Bumper.
