Whole Foods has a ‘surprise’ for you

By Bic Jul 29, 2024 | 12:08 PM

Whole Foods and Too Good To Go have joined forces to reduce food waste and give customers a little surprise at the same time.

Whole Foods’ $10 Surprise Bags are packed with $30 worth of soups and ready-to-eat meals for $9.99. There’s also the Bakery Surprise Bag which has $21 worth of breads, muffins, scones, and cookies which will cost you $6.99. These foods would otherwise end up in the trash at the end of the day.

The program is a win for everyone. Whole Foods gets to sell surplus food, Too Good To Go takes a 25% cut, and you get delicious food at a bargain price!

To get the Surprise Bags, you’ll need to download the Too Good To Go app.
