Girl Scout cookie season 2025, kicks off soon. I wanted to make sure to let everyone know early because this is the last year to get a couple flavors. According to the website “Foodie”, this is the last hurrah for S’mores and Toast-Yay flavors.
Toast-yay is the one that is described as “ginger bread with cinnamon graham cracker taste with frosting”. It looks like a mini slice of bread. And the S’mores……….. if you’re not familiar with that, then you need to get out more.
Either way, I went to the Nebraska Girl Scout site to find the start date, but I’m a bit confused. The home page says the season begins on February 7th. However, I put in a Lincoln Zip Code. That took me to a page that says 17 days from today…… which would be January 24th.
Lemonades. Those are my favorite Girl Scout cookies. If they could make one that tastes like Mac and Cheese, I’d probably be all over it. That sounds like a joke, but a quick search in Google immediately found a dozen recipes to make them. Somebody went so far as to making Chocolate Chip Cookies stuffed with mac and cheese……….. which is one step closer to the Chocolate Mac and Cheese recipe I’ve been developing for 4 years!
