Now, there’s no doubt that Kraft has me under surveillance. They just announced several new flavors of Mac N Cheese. All of them are almost exactly like Mac N Cheese experiments that I’ve shared here on my show over the years. And if you’re a long time listener, you know I’ve mentioned that I think the Big Food companies have been stealing my ideas.
Exhibit number 1, Kraft’s Smoky Barbecue Mac N Cheese! I created a pulled pork recipe 2 years ago. The first thing I did with it was to mix it with some extra BBQ sauce in Mac N Cheese. Exhibit number two! Kraft’s new jalapeno Mac N Cheese! That’s weird. I developed a fermented jalapeno sauce a few years back and immediately tried it in Mac N Cheese. Exhibit three! Kraft’s new Ranch flavored Mac N Cheese! Actually, that hadn’t occurred to me yet, so…….. I’m gonna experiment with it this weekend. That is, right after I sweep for bugs and cameras.
Oh yeah, they’re also bringing back the Everything Bagel flavor that originally came out last year and they discontinued in December. It looks like these are going to be limited time items.
