A family recently drove 100 miles, down dirt roads, interstate, and through towns……….. before they realize the family cat had been on the roof of the car the whole time. No, it wasn’t the Griswold family.
It’s the Denardo family and yes, the cat, named Ray Ray, is fine. In fact, Margaret, the mom, said after they found him on the roof, “He was completely unfazed. He’s stretching like he just got up from a nap.”
Does Ray Ray have super powers? Naw. The luggage had been strapped to the top of the car, so he just kind of cat strapped himself in between.
The family took the trip for a marathon the dad was running in. He even carried Ray Ray across the finish line with him. Now, there’s even talk of a children’s book series inspired by his cat bravery.
