The Lincoln Airport Authority has selected aviation veteran Anthony Dudas as the next executive director of the Lincoln Airport. He will step into the role at the beginning of the new year, becoming the airport’s fifth executive director.
Dudas brings more than 17 years of aviation leadership experience, most recently serving as Airport Director in Williston, North Dakota. During his tenure there, he oversaw the planning and construction of the $273 million Williston Basin International Airport while managing operations, budgeting, air service development, and community partnerships.
This comes after former Executive Director David Haring accepted the position of CEO for the Spokane International Airport in August, ending his 11 year career in Lincoln.
“Anthony brings a proven record of leadership and operational excellence to LNK,” Lincoln Airport Authority Board Chair Chris Hove said. “We are confident he is the right person at the right time to continue our recent success and guide LNK into a new era of growth and opportunity.”
In a statement, Dudas said he’s eager to work with airport staff and local partners.
“What excites me most about joining the Lincoln Airport Authority is the chance to work alongside a talented team and a community that truly values its airport,” he said. “I’m looking forward to listening, learning, and building strong relationships so we can continue growing air service, advancing industrial development, supporting local businesses, and ensuring the airport continues to grow as a vital asset for Lincoln and the entire region.”
Before becoming the director in Williston, Dudas served as Assistant Airport Director and Airport Operations Officer. Earlier in his career, he supervised line service operations at St. Cloud Aviation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation operations and is a multi-engine, instrument-rated private pilot.
