Of all the new things I thought I’d learn about in 2025, Martha Stewart’s funeral plans was NOT on the list.
And yes, Martha is alive and well. However, she did mention her inevitable demise on a QVC podcast last week. She was asked if she wanted to be buried or cremated. Martha said this. —Martha clip —
Then the host asked if you’re allowed to do that. Martha didn’t know. I do. Because, yes, I’m me, I already asked a couple of funeral homes if you can bury bodies on your own land. Which sounds weird, but I asked after companies in Colorado and Arizona announced they were composting humans.
Anyway……. The answer is no. There are various laws against it.
And yes, I use a lot of moisturizing lotions. Why do you ask?
