Is there anything in the bible about end times that mentions wild turkeys terrorizing an entire town?
Janesville, Wisconsin has been under a turkey attack recently. It sounds ridiculous, but large numbers of these wild birds have been roaming the streets like street gangs intimidating residents. They’ve been chasing everyone they see.
There’s video of the turkeys chasing a mailman down the street. Others are scaring and being aggressive towards children. Lawrence Meyer, who lives there said, “”It’s scary, like, these are big birds. They’re as tall as my son.”
Wildlife experts say that this kind of behavior is rare. But if you do find yourself face to face with a flock turkeys, you should try to make yourself look bigger to intimidate them. Puff up your coat or umbrella to create the illusion of being a bigger turkey.
Which sounds fine and dandy until large birds like this come running at you. I’ve seen grown men shriek and turn tail when geese and roosters charge.
FYI, a group of turkeys is commonly known as a flock. However, they are also called a gang or posse…….. which explains a lot.
