With country music star Zach Bryan set to perform at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln tomorrow, April 25, the Nebraska State Patrol is reminding residents to plan ahead and drive sober after the show.

The agency says troopers will be monitoring for impaired and dangerous driving before and after the show.

“Driving impaired increases risk for yourself and everyone else on the road,” said Colonel Bryan Waugh, Superintendent of the Nebraska State Patrol. “No matter what the event is, whether it’s a huge concert or a small gathering, always make the decision to have a sober driver.”

Concert goers are also reminded to watch for pedestrians near Memorial Stadium around the concert.

Saturday’s NSP enforcement effort is paid for through a grant funding from the Nebraska Department of Transportation Highway Safety Office.
