Lincoln Crime Stoppers is looking for the public’s help identifying suspect’s in a pair of cases. LPD’s Becky Keller says the first happened on Tuesday, June 9th around 8:30am. “The victim called to report someone side swiped his vehicle while he was driving near Nebraska Parkway and Southwood Drive,” Keller says.
“The victim had a dash cam that captured the vehicle, a gray Dodge Charger with in-transits, hitting the side of his vehicle and then driving off.” Keller says the Dodge Charger had a backwards flag decal on the front passenger side fender.

The second case happened on Friday, June 5th around 4:15pm. “A kid rode his e-bike to the McDonald’s near 10th and Arapahoe. He parked his bike outside and went in to grab some food,” Keller says. “While he was inside, a man was seen on camera outside lurking near his bike and checking it out and once he decided the coast was clear, he jumped on the bike and took off with it.”
Keller says the suspect had his dog with him which could help us get him identified. The dog was a medium-to-large sized white dog with a large dark colored spot on the back right thigh. “It should be noted the dog is innocent until proven guilty in a court of paw. We doubt this dog has ever even been convicted of a minor barking ticket.”
