Lincoln Police say Gang Unit Investigators were traveling near 24th and A Street just before 7:00 Tuesday night and saw a man and woman loudly arguing with each other.
Officers stopped to talk with them and found 19 year old Aiyana Decker was wanted for two misdemeanor arrest warrants. After she was taken into custody, officers found oxycodone on her.
Investigators also detained 23 year old Antonio Foote and found a pill bottle on him that contained 220 pills. Both were transported to jail were they were booked for possession of a controlled substance.
