Lincoln Double Homicide Suspect Not Competent To Stand Trial

By Tom Stanton Apr 6, 2023 | 8:37 AM

A Lancaster County judge has ruled that a 27-year-old woman accused of killing two maintenance workers with her car on March 27 at the Lodge Apartments is not competent to stand trial in the case.

Taylor Bradley underwent a mental competency evaluation this week and she is expected to go to the Lincoln Regional Center for treatment.

A competency status hearing will be held on May 31 to see if Bradley will eventually be fit to stand trial.   Lincoln Police say Bradley deliberately ran over  45-year-old Ronald Gonzalez-Rivas and 42-year-old Christopher Karmazin and tried to hit a third maintenance worker with her car.
