Hawaiian Hot Dogs With Grilled Pineapple and Teriyaki Mayo recipe – Happy National Hot Dog Day

By Austin Michael Jul 19, 2023 | 2:05 PM

Today is National Hot Dog day as well as National daiquiri day. Two things that are terrible for our bodies, but we absolutely love. That said, here’s your supper homework for tonight. You’re going to make Hawaiian Hot Dogs Topped With Grilled Pineapple and Teriyaki Mayo.

This will add a little sweet and some heat to your hot dogs. You probably already have most of the ingredients which include cilantro, red onions, jalapeno peppers, pineapple, and a couple other things. You’ll be doing a little grilling on the dogs, pineapple, and buns, otherwise, it’s just a matter of mixing some ingredients with mayonnaise and chopping up a few others. What’s interesting is that it makes the hot dog look kind of pretty. Most dog recipes look like sloppy messes. But this thing could have come out of one of those pretentious foo-foo restaurants. Plus, it’s easy to do and is gonna turn up the flavor notch on your hot dog experience.
