Skittles has team up with French’s. Do you see where this is going? It’s not rainbow colored mustard. It’s mustard flavored Skittles. Each Skittle is like a drop of French’s mustard melting on your tongue. Their website says it’s a mix of savory and sweet. I’m guessing that the shell is sugary. It sounds gross at first, and at second, but once you start thinking about a lot of barbecue recipes, it’s not so crazy. A lot of pulled pork uses mustard and brown sugar in the recipe. A lot of people mix mustard with ketchup and or sweet relish on hot dogs. So, these might not be that bad. And, because I’ll try anything once, I’ve entered the contest to win some. I wonder how mustard flavored Skittles would taste on a hot dog. You put ketchup on first and then sprinkle them on into the ketchup.
