Lincoln Police are investigating after burglars broke into the Exclusive Hype vintage clothing store near 16th and O Street around 6:30 Friday morning. Sergeant Chris Vollmer says Police were called after a neighbor saw one of the store windows had been shattered.
Communication with the owners found numerous clothing items were missing, valued at approximately $20,000.” He says they are trying to obtain a detailed list of missing items and reviewing any available security video.
The store specializes in hard to find items, including vintage t-shirts, exclusive shoes and designer accessories. Anyone with information is asked to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
