A zoo in China has been busted for painting dogs black and white and then telling people the dogs are pandas.
Might first thought was, “I’m not surprised.” My second thought was, “Didn’t this happen before?” Yes, yes it did just last May.
First off, the most recent Pandagate was only uncovered because the dogs, Chow-Chows to be accurate, started panting and barking. Otherwise, people were buying it. The zoo trying to deny it at first, but then admitted they lied.
The other zoo that tried this used smaller, younger dogs. I watched a video. And to be fair, their fake pandas are super fluffy and if you don’t pay close attention……… maybe baby pandas. Except for the wagging tails and the tongues constantly hanging out of their mouths. That zoo denied they did anything wrong at first. They said that they advertised them as Panda Dogs. Sure. And I can’t wait to see their new exhibit, the Turtle Moneys.
I don’t know the name of the either zoo, but Temu comes to mind.
