The Lincoln Police Department have begun their first “Pink Patch Project”.
Right now, you can buy a patch just like the officers’, except it’s pink. Then the money goes to the Heartland Cancer Foundation. They help pay the everyday costs for people and families fighting cancer. Things like gas, rent, and utilities.
You can get a pink police patch at all LPD stations for just $10.
And let me say, the Lincoln PD must have a wonderful dental plan. There are some great looking smiles in the promotional picture they put out with the announcement.
