Now Toto has his own book about Wizard of Oz.

Now that everyone is excited about “Wicked” in theaters, there’s a new story about one of the characters from the Wizard of Oz from his point of view. I’m talking, of course, about the novel soon to be on the New York Best Seller List……… a little book simply called “Toto”.

Here’s and excerpt, “Woof. Grrrr, green lady, woof, bark. Woofity, Tin guy looks a lot like a fire hydrant, woof.”

Obviously I made that up. The book is real though and follows the original storyline. However, in this book he can talk. Everyone except Dorothy can understand him. And he cusses a lot. Also, he doesn’t want to go back to Kansas. He thinks Oz is much more fun and exciting. The book also introduces another witch who’s kind of goth. And the rest of the Toto story gets much darker than the original book.

It was written by AJ Hackwith, just came out a couple of weeks ago, and sells for $19 as a paperback.
