Tiger King gets sentence tossed…. but will have to stay in jail.

A court of appeals has ruled that “Tiger King” Joe Exotic have his jail time sentence tossed. However, he’s still staying in jail. It’s just going to be for less time now. Joe’s lawyers argued that he was unfairly sentenced the first time because the two murder for hire counts against him were considered separately instead of as one. If they hadn’t been, he would have gotten less jail time. And now he will get some of that time knocked off; anywhere from 1 to 10 years. Speaking of Tiger King, Nicholas Cage, who was supposed to play Joe in a movie on Amazon, announced a couple of days ago that the project has been scrapped.
