NASA is doing something really neat as part of the mission to the moon that’s coming up in a few weeks.
At the NASA website, give them your name, e-mail and a special PIN code that you choose. All the names will be put on an SD card loaded aboard Orion before launch. In return, participants can download a boarding pass with their name on it as a collectable. And, it’s free.
This boarding pass includes the mission patch, launch site, destination and spacecraft details. I mean, it’s basically a picture that you can download keep like a collectible ticket, but it’s still really cool. The picture that I put on my blog about this is literally the collectible boarding pass that NASA gave me. It kind of makes me feel like a kid again dreaming of being an astronaut.
You have to sign up before the end of today though. HERE IS THE LINK to the NASA site to get yours. It literally takes about 1 minute.
