Before I continue, know that I am a foodie who experiments with foods and recipes all the time. I will try almost everything once.
That said, I had reservations when I first saw the sign that says Hot Beef Sundae.
But I did some research and it’s not what you think. Because, I thought it was going to be some weird mix of steak and ice cream.
No. It’s pretty much a roast beef sandwich in a cup, sans bread. So, not as crazy as thought at first.
According to All Recipes dot Com, you take a couple cups of roast beef with gravy, a couple cups of mashed potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and tomato. Throw it in a cup with the potatoes scooped like ice cream. The roast beef goes on top of that. Then sour cream plus cheese and a cherry tomato on top to look like a real cherry. It’s basically Sunday dinner to go.
