I went on a mission this year to find a St. Patty’s day cocktail that isn’t the usual Grasshopper or Mint Julip. And, boy, did I find one! It’s called the Magically Delicious. And yes, feel free to say that with a stereotypical leprechaun voice because ingredients include using Lucky Charms cereal.
It’s basically an Irish coffee with extra. You’re going to create a syrup with water and brown sugar. That’ll get mixed in with coffee, whiskey, whipped cream, and then a handful of Lucky Charms on top.
The recipe says you should take heavy cream and whip it. That’s preferable for flavor, but you’ll get pretty much the same thing with Cool Whip. You probably won’t notice the difference after 2 or 3 of these anyway.
