The dash cam footage of Britney Spears getting pulled over and arrested for DUI was just released. She was on a 4 lane highway and was kind of swerving over the lines…. A little. Honestly, though, I see way worse on “O”, 56th, and other Lincoln streets all the time because people are texting.
Anyway, the cops ask Britney to get out of her car. Then she says she’s going to call her lawyer because….. and she doesn’t finish the sentence because she doesn’t seem to remember or know what else she was going to say. She goes on to tell them she’s totally fine to drive, she knows her rights, all the usual stuff DUI people say because they’re not in their right minds.
The police say they smell alcohol. Britney says she hasn’t had a drink in 15 years. Then a minute later she says she had a “baby mimosa”, after which she describes everything she had to eat.
Then while they have her in the police car, on the way to the station, she says what they’re doing is illegal, tells them she didn’t have a DUI, says they’re lying, and more that you can see yourself at THIS LINK.
