Lincoln Police are investigating a drive-by shooting early Thursday morning in which gunfire struck the bedroom window of a 14-year-old.
Police responded shortly after 2 a.m. September 24 to a residence near Lewis Avenue and Adams Street.
According to LPD, the 14-year-old told officers a vehicle drove through an alley near the house, and an unknown person fired toward his bedroom window.
Officers found several shell casings in front of the residence and multiple bullet holes inside the home. Damage was estimated at approximately $650.
No one was injured.
