Celine Villegas is a homeless mother of two, living day to day in a motel. She’s also a great cook. So, she took what she knows and has available and turned it into something that people love. Celine started making Tik Tok videos on how to take everyday ingredients with a limited budget to make 5 star meals. And she shows how to do it with limited cooking tools. Like in her case, a hot plate in a motel room.
It’s MotelMeals on Tik Tok. They range from simple quesadillas to an entire Thanksgiving dinner. And yeah, they all look delicious. I especially like the video for chicken tacos which she not only cooked up for her kids, but also shared with a homeless man outside the motel.
When I checked her page Wednesday morning, she had 60k followers, 1.2 million likes, and her spaghetti video had more than 6 million views. Celine also has a link to a Go Fund Me page which she is using to raise funds to help her stay in the motel and hopefully to put her on the road to a new home.
