Jennifer Anniston’s personal trainer has come out to tell people her secrets. First step is planking. Leyon Azubuike told Women’s Health that he has Jen do plank flow starting with regular planks and moving to other styles like side to side. He says she likes using the an ab wheel for core and does V-Ups. She does strength training, a lot of boxing, and is big on resistance bands. And she works out 5 times a week. Also, before she does a work out, Jennifer has celery juice and meditates.
