Remember the E-Trade baby? He was the adult sounding baby that talked about cash in the E-Trade Super Bowl ads. The rumor is that he’s going to be back in the 2022 Super Bowl. If he does, it’ll be the first time since 2014, 7 years ago. So far, when asked, E-Trade won’t comment on the possibility of a return.
However, they did release a video that has two people in a business office, talking to a what we assume is a speaker phone saying, “The world needs you.” Then the camera pans down and we see it’s a baby monitor, not a speaker phone. This is what is sparking all the rumors.
The E-Trade baby has been around since 2008. He’d have to be around 1 to hold himself up like he does in the commercials. It’s been 14 years since his first commercial. So, 15 years old. The kid would be a freshman now. He’s probably more concerned about acne than investments.
