Actually, as fun as all that sounds, the Nordic Diet. You’ll eat lots of fish, obviously, plus a lot of healthy fats from nuts and seeds and oils from seeds. You get a little bit of meat once in a while and round it out with low fat dairy, whole grains, and lots of berries, cabbage, and root vegetables. All of which you’ll dig up using the jaw bones of your enemies. Skol! People participating in the study also lost weight and had other heart healthy benefits.
