The tv is off so it’s a reflection of her on the couch. Well, her and something else that looks like a shadow in the shape of a body sitting next to her.
I will note that there’s the point where she flips the camera from recording her to recording in front of her and that’s a perfect edit point. She totally could have stopped the camera and had someone sit by her, then start it again right there. And again, she is waaaaaaay too calm in the video. She’s talking about it like she listing items off a menu. But, you be the judge.
