I absolutely love all things Muppets, Fraggle, Sesame Street…honestly, tell me Jim Henson or the Jim Henson Company was/is involved and I want to check it out.
As I shared as one of my recommendations in the B107.3 Book Club several weeks ago, Jim Henson: The Biography by Brian Jay Jones is such a fantastic biography about Jim’s life that I actually cried when I got to when Jim passed away even though I knew it was coming. I learned so much about Jim and the Muppets as a whole, but describing his death and subsequent funeral just absolutely destroyed me.
Anywho, I am so excited to see the news that the legendary Ron Howard is going to be at the helm of a documentary about Jim Henson! You know Ron Howard is going to do Jim right and make an amazing piece. So far there is no release date.
