Easter is here! And there’s probably a good chance you’ll dye eggs this weekend. Well, whether dying the eggs or not, a survey found the most popular Easter egg color.

If you guessed purple . . . you’re correct! 31% of people said purple is their favorite Easter egg color. Blue is next at 24% . . . pink at 19% . . . and green at 10%.
Other fun Easter egg stats include the following:
- About 81% of folks will use a kit for dying Easter eggs. Others might use stickers, use food coloring, or will paint the eggs.
- 66% will eat their Easter eggs next week so they don’t go to waste.
- 42% of folks say they’ll use their eggs in an Easter egg hunt this weekend.
- 35% will get creative and display their eggs in some way.
