Lucky Charms food poisoning? I have doubts.

By Austin Michael Apr 19, 2022 | 6:54 PM

About 2 weeks ago, I saw that “more than 100 people” had filed complaints with the FDA saying that they got sick after eating Lucky Charms. I wasn’t going to talk about it but now it’s all over the news and people are freaking out.  First off, consider the source……… the food source. It’s a cereal that is 50% sugary marshmallows. Quite frankly, I’d be concerned if at least 100 people didn’t get sick eating it. It’s diabetes disguised as purple hearts and green clovers.

The people complaining said they’ve had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea which are symptoms of food poisoning. Or the common cold. Or a hangover. And to be honest, they only people I’ve ever seen eating Lucky Charms are 6 year olds and people who just woke up from a bender. Fun fact, almost 6 million people ate 10 or more bowls of Lucky Charms in 2020 in a one week period. That’s 312 million for the year. Take that times 10 bowls or more and…… it’s just mind boggling. You’d have a better chance of catching the Leprechaun than getting sick.

General Mills, who make the cereal, say they’re taking the complaints seriously.
