There’s a “Days Of Our Lives” spinoff heading to Peacock streaming. And, it’ll feature Bo and Hope. But wait! Bo died in Hope’s arms after getting an inoperable brain tumor. Remember, this is the soap opera where there’s been devil possessions, secret spy organizations, an evil bond like villain, and a guy with an eye patch that went from bad guy to hero. I don’t believe they’ve ever had aliens. They had twins that appeared during a meteor storm who everybody thought were aliens. However, it turned out that they were born from a surrogate after that evil villain stole sperm and eggs from a couple main characters………. Which is totally more plausible.
Anyhoooo………. “Days Of Our Lives: Beyond Salem” will bring back 66 year old Peter Reckell as Bo and Kristian Alfonso as Hope for five episodes. Their adventures will span the globe from Hong Kong to Monte Carlo. Many of the other cast regulars will make appearances as well. It’ll premiere July 11th.
Fun fact, Bo and Hope’s storyline goes back to 1983. And Hope’s character goes back to the 70s when the kid version of the character was played by Kristina Osterhout in August of 1974. Then Kimberly Weather took over the role from October that year through 1975.
