As someone who enjoys running, THIS is major life goals and is absolutely incredible.

A 100-year-old runner named Lester Wright broke a WORLD RECORD in Philadelphia on Saturday, by doing the 100-meter dash in 26.34 seconds.  THAT’S RIGHT.  The previous record was 26.99 seconds.  Check out the video below which also includes runners in their 80’s and 90’s!

Just . . . incredible.  I’m amazed.
