Margarita flavored corn on the cob recipe.

I was going to share this recipe last Friday, before the 4th, but I got Covid and had to sit out until today. It’d be a waste not to pass it around.

Add zest to your corn with the Margarita Corn On The Cob recipe! You’re going to need some lime zest, not juice, but zest. It’s when you shave the peel. You’ll be mixing that with some salt. Other ingredients are butter, chili powder, and the corn. Remove the corn silk while leaving the husks attached. You’ll then soak the corn for an hour. After, pat the corn dry, but the the husks wet. Butter the corn. Sprinkle the lime salt and chili powder over the corn. Then grill. I suggest grilling some steak for fajitas to go with it.
