Social app keeps people from posting highlights or set up pics. “Be Real”.

I heard about a a social app that I really like the idea of. It’s called the “Be Real” app. I like it because it doesn’t let people set up situations and the pictures to look perfect. It sends a notification to you once a day. It does it a different times each day. When you get it, you have two minutes to post a picture of whatever you’re doing at that moment. All your friends post at the same time. No one gets to filter. It’s meant to be authentic. I think it might help dial down the constant unreal expectations for a lot of people on social media. It breaks away from the perfect life scenarios that a lot of people make their posts look like. Also, no can like, dislike, emoji, or follow anything. It has a a 4.8 out of five rating in the app store. I download it this morning to ty it out. I think about 90% of the pics will just be me in a radio studio, talking to my guinea pig, fixing dinner with Jenny, or riding my bike.

I’m betting this app picks up steam and gets a lot of users soon.
