Clean up in aisle, I mean, Interstate 55. Quarter mile of pasta sauce after spill. Vid in blog.

Sauce spill covers highway.—  It was concrete covered in rich, creamy goodness. Tuesday, a semi carrying gallons and gallons of Alfredo sauce, wiped out on I-55 in Memphis. It turned into one long smear of white down a quarter mile of the interstate. And, of course, now there’s a family that will have to eat plain linguini. This happened just a day after another truck spilled tons of tomatoes on I-80 in California Monday. Coincidence? Or, is some nefarious food cabal deliberately trying to keep us from enjoying Italian cuisine. I wouldn’t put it past Big Schnitzel.

I just wanted an excuse to use the word Schnitzel. Schnitzel.
