Legalizing magic mushrooms was on Colorado’s ballots.

By Austin Michael Nov 9, 2022 | 7:25 PM

There’s another big race that’s been too close to call all day today. In Colorado, they voted on legalizing Magic Mushrooms. Proposition 122, if it passes, will make it legal to sell psychedelic mushrooms. Last I checked, it was 51% for and 49% against. It doesn’t seem like it’s been this long, but it’s been 10 years since Colorado passed recreational marijuana use. Speaking of, last night Missouri voted to allow legalized recreation marijuana use.
By the way, Colorado is NOT the first state to legalize psychedelic mushrooms. Oregon is already doing it. If it passes in Colorado, don’t plan on hoping in your magic bus and driving there over the weekend. It won’t go into effect until 2024.
